What is included?
Each Package No.1 treatment includes:
- 3-hour access to all our banya facilities: steam room, ice plunge pool, bucket showers, hot stone room and the rest & relaxation area.
- Invigorating Parenie thermal treatment to boost your blood circulation and relieve you of tension and stress; it is also a very good cardiovascular exercise.
- Carafe of water.
Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.
- There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
- Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
- You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.

Please note:
Wearing swimwear is optional for single-gender sessions (however you feel most comfortable) but is essential for all mixed-gender sessions, without exception.
For women, we suggest wearing a two-piece bikini, as this is more practical for treatments and steaming.
Also please note that the wet floors may be slippery, and we do ask that flip-flops be worn throughout your visit. You may bring your own, or alternatively purchase some from Reception for £6.00.
This voucher is non-transferable and not refundable as cash. It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
