5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Please note:

Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that you will have treatments at the same time, but we will try our best. Both persons will get a personalised scrub and massage tailored to each person in separate rooms. The rest of the time you will spend together.

Wearing swimwear is optional for single-gender sessions (however you feel most comfortable) but is essential for all mixed-gender sessions, without exception. 

For women, we suggest wearing a two-piece bikini, as this is more practical for treatments and steaming.

Also please note that the wet floors may be slippery, and we do ask that flip-flops be worn throughout your visit. You may bring your own, or alternatively purchase some from Reception for £7.

This voucher is non-transferable and not refundable. It cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
