- 3-hour session with access to Banya facilities: authentic steam room, icy plunge pool and bucket showers.
- Your own private booth with a table where you can order food and drinks.
- Parenie – invigorating thermal treatment performed in the steam room using leafy and fragrant bunches of soaked oak and eucalypt branches to boost your blood circulation and relieve all your tension and stress.
- 25 minutes relaxing body massage.
- A glass of draught kvass to rehydrate. Because it's filled with electrolytes, kvass is more hydrating than water and helps keep your body balanced.
- Pickles - salty brined pickle juice could restore and rehydrate you. Pickle juice not only has considerable amounts of sodium in it, but it also has traces of potassium which are both essential electrolytes for hydration.
- Borsch - the king of soups. Homemade vegan beetroot soup. Provides fluid, fuel, and electrolytes.
- Cured salmon - premium salmon, slightly cured to perfection, resulting in a rich, savory taste. A good source of protein.
