- Parenie – invigorating thermal treatment performed in the steam room using leafy and fragrant bunches of soaked oak and eucalypt branches to boost your blood circulation and relieve all your tension and stress.

- Ice-Rub - A cool add-on after Parenie treatment. The sudden ice cold will close your pores, promoting the production of collagen and elastin fibres. The result of this is to make your skin smooth and shiny, looking younger and feeling fresher.

- Watermelon.

- Cold beetroot soup based on kefir or draught kvass.

For women, we suggest wearing a two-piece bikini, as this is more practical for treatments and steaming.

Also please note that the wet floors may be slippery, and we do ask that flip-flops be worn throughout your visit. You may bring your own, or alternatively purchase some from Reception for £7.
