After first warming up and acclimatising in the banya steam rooms, you will be taken for your Parenie treatment, which both invigorates and begins to relieve your tensions and stress, as our therapist works with the aromatic leafy bundles to prepare you for what follows.

Next up - our incredible Honey & Salt Scrub will exfoliate and nourish your skin, removing the dead cells and leaving it in prime condition.

Following this, the Dead Sea Mud Mask treatment on your face & décolletage will work to deep cleanse your skin, leaving it looking clear and feeling amazing.

And after all of these - a perfect massage, to leave you relaxed, refreshed and renewed.

Even then it is not time to leave, as the Gold Package also includes a pot of our signature herbal tea for you to enjoy in our relaxation lounge, in your own private booth.

3-hour session with unlimited access to Banya facilities: authentic steam room, ice bath and bucket showers.
Your own private booth with a table in the lounge where you can order food and drinks in between or after the steam room sessions and treatments.
Parenie – invigorating thermal treatment performed in the main steam room using leafy and fragrant bunches of soaked oak and eucalypt branches. Parenie treatment is followed by a cold bucket shower and an icy plunge, creating a powerful contrast that stimulates the release of adrenaline and stress hormones, resulting in a deep sense of invigoration.
Honey & Salt Scrub. This treatment is both nourishing for the skin and detoxifying for the body. Organic treatments that will improve skin texture and tone, giving it a fresh look and making it feel amazing!
Dead Sea Mud Mask. This detoxifying treatment has many benefits for the skin, including deep cleansing, removal of excess oils, tightening and nourishment.

Wearing swimwear is optional for single-gender sessions (however you feel most comfortable) but is essential for all mixed-gender sessions, without exception.

For women, we suggest wearing a two-piece bikini, as this is more practical for treatments and steaming.

Also please note that the wet floors may be slippery, and we do ask that flip-flops be worn throughout your visit. You may bring your own, or alternatively purchase some from Reception for £7.
