You will have full access to all the Banya facilities – as well as your own booth in our rest area – during your whole visit.

The Full Experience treatments begin with an invigorating Parenie, using leaf bundles of birch, oak and eucalyptus.

Once the Parenie has boosted your circulation and begun to relieve your tensions, we will follow this up with a nourishing and detoxifying scrub. Choose from Honey & Salt or Coffee Scrub – both incredible treatments for your skin.

Next, complete your unique unwinding journey with a 25-minute massage, which will leave you totally relaxed and feeling like never before.

And finally - end your visit in the rest and relaxation area, in your own booth, where you will be able to enjoy a selection of traditional food and drinks – all part of the Banya experience!

What is included?

3-hour session with unlimited access to Banya facilities: authentic steam room, ice bath and bucket showers.
Your own private booth with a table in the lounge where you can order food and drinks in between or after the steam room sessions and treatments.
Parenie – invigorating thermal treatment performed in the main steam room using leafy and fragrant bunches of soaked oak and eucalypt branches. Parenie treatment is followed by a cold bucket shower and an icy plunge, creating a powerful contrast that stimulates the release of adrenaline and stress hormones, resulting in a deep sense of invigoration.
Honey & Salt Scrub. This treatment is both nourishing for the skin and detoxifying for the body. Organic treatments that will improve skin texture and tone, giving it a fresh look and making it feel amazing!
Complimentary pot of our signature herbal tea – Banya No.1 blend.

Wearing swimwear is optional for single-gender sessions (however you feel most comfortable) but is essential for all mixed-gender sessions, without exception.

For women, we suggest wearing a two-piece bikini, as this is more practical for treatments and steaming.

Also please note that the wet floors may be slippery, and we do ask that flip-flops be worn throughout your visit. You may bring your own, or alternatively purchase some from Reception for £7.
